I haven't got the hang of this wretched spellcheck yet, so apologies for the errors in last posting.
Eventually identified a house I might like to buy today, advertised in the local paper. However, in keeping with my luck this week, when I worked the figures out, they wont add up in the long term... no-one can take out a mortgage with a short term plan.
